Company Culture

To support the realization of the vision and mission of PT WIKA Tirta Jaya Jatiluhur, a company culture has been established that must always be studied, understood, lived, and implemented by all Pegadaian personnel, namely the AKHLAK spirit which consists of: Trust, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative.
