The implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) reflects the Company’s compliance with the Regulation of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) No. PER-2/MBU/03/2023 concerning Governance Guidelines and Significant Corporate Actions of State-Owned Enterprises
The Company recognizes that the implementation of good corporate governance has a positive impact on both the internal and external environment of the Company, with the expectation that:

Accordingly, the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors of PT WIKA Tirta Jaya Jatiluhur are committed to implementing the provisions set forth in the Code of Corporate Governance, Board Manual, Code of Conduct, and Code of Conflict of Interest.
